Glowtox Aesthetics was co-founded by Tiffany, NP, whose vision was to create a modern aesthetic practice grounded in medical expertise, facial anatomy and refined artistry.
After seeing too many aesthetic treatments focused on trends and volume rather than balance, Tiffany built Glowtox around a more intentional philosophy.

What began as a boutique injectable practice in Pacific Beach has grown into a two-location San Diego aesthetic practice while maintaining the same commitment to understated results.

Our team brings together medical training, aesthetic expertise and an artistic understanding of facial balance. Every provider shares the same goal: personalized care and results that feel authentic to you.
Tiffany, NP
Tiffany earned her BSN from National University and began her career in aesthetics in 2012. In 2023, she earned her Master's in Nursing and became a Nurse Practitioner.
Known for her exceptional attention to detail, Tiffany focuses on natural, aesthetically balanced outcomes that enhance each patient's individual features. Her favorite treatments include lip, cheek and chin filler, Sculptra, microneedling, BBL HEROic and MOXI.
Tiffany is also fluent in three languages and brings more than a decade of aesthetic experience to Glowtox.
Isabel, NP
A San Diego native from Torrey Pines, Isabel graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona. She began her journey in medical aesthetics early in nursing school and has continued to refine her craft through advanced training with respected injectors and aesthetic mentors across Tucson, Los Angeles and San Diego.
She recently expanded her education, graduating as a Nurse Practitioner student at Purdue University Global with a focus on dermatology.
With a background in art — particularly drawing and oil painting faces and the human form — Isabel brings a sculptor's eye and meticulous attention to detail to her treatments. Her philosophy centers on subtle enhancements that highlight each patient's unique features and help them look like the most confident version of themselves.
Outside the clinic, Isabel enjoys taking her dogs to the beach and practicing archery.
Theodore, RN
A second-generation San Diegan, Theodore brings a unique understanding of how the California lifestyle — and years of cumulative sun exposure — can influence how the skin ages over time.
He holds degrees in Biology and Nursing and has completed advanced aesthetic training and clinical certifications with Allergan, Galderma and Sciton, including advanced training on Sciton's BBL HEROic and MOXI platform.
Theodore takes a holistic, multimodal approach to aesthetics, combining neuromodulators, laser technology and structural facial treatments through an anatomy-driven philosophy.
His goal is individualized care that can support everything from subtle youth preservation to facial feminization, masculinization and refined natural balance — creating results that feel authentic to each patient.
Chris James, MD
Dr. Chris James is a San Diego native who earned his bachelor's degree from UC San Diego and his Master of Public Health from San Diego State University.
He attended medical school at UCLA, completed his internship at UCSF and received his anesthesia training at Drexel University in Philadelphia before completing specialized pain medicine training at the University of Washington in Seattle.
As Medical Director of Glowtox Aesthetics, Dr. James brings his extensive medical training and experience to help maintain a safe, medically responsible environment for patient care.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys swimming, CrossFit and boxing.
