Glowtox has two San Diego-area locations: Pacific Beach at 910 Grand Avenue, Suite 203 in San Diego, and Solana Beach at 115 W Plaza Street in Solana Beach.

Your provider will evaluate your anatomy, skin, treatment history and aesthetic goals before recommending a plan. Depending on your needs, that may include Botox or Dysport, dermal filler, Sculptra, laser, PRP or a combination of treatments.

Natural-looking results are central to the Glowtox approach. Treatment is customized around your existing features, facial movement and proportions rather than trying to create the same look for every patient.

Botox results commonly last around three to four months, although duration varies by patient, treatment area, dose and metabolism.

Botox and Dysport are both neuromodulators used to temporarily relax targeted muscles that create expression lines. Your provider may recommend one based on your anatomy, treatment goals and previous experience.

Common cosmetic treatment areas include forehead lines, frown lines between the brows and crow's feet. Additional areas may be considered after evaluation by your provider.

Botox does not work instantly. Patients generally notice changes over the days following treatment, with the full effect becoming more apparent as the neuromodulator takes effect.

Most patients return to their normal routine soon after treatment. Temporary redness, swelling or small bumps at injection sites can occur.

Many patients return approximately every three to four months, but maintenance timing varies. Your provider can recommend a schedule based on your results and preferences.

Glowtox currently lists Botox at $13 per unit with a 20-unit minimum. The number of units recommended depends on your anatomy and treatment goals.

Botox and Dysport reduce targeted muscle activity that contributes to expression lines. Dermal fillers are used to add or restore volume and can help contour areas such as the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline.

Dermal fillers are medical treatments and have potential risks and side effects. Glowtox treatments are performed by trained medical professionals using products selected for the patient's treatment plan.

Lip filler commonly lasts several months, but longevity depends on the product used, amount injected, metabolism and individual anatomy. Your provider can discuss expected longevity for your specific treatment.

Volume changes are typically visible immediately after filler treatment, but temporary swelling can affect the initial appearance. The treated area continues to settle over the days following treatment.

Sculptra is an injectable biostimulator designed to support your body's collagen production. Unlike traditional filler, its effect develops gradually rather than creating an immediate volume change in the same way.

BBL HEROic is an advanced broadband light treatment used to target visible pigmentation, redness, sun damage and other color-related skin concerns.

MOXI is a fractional laser treatment designed to improve overall skin quality, texture and mild pigmentation while stimulating the skin's natural renewal response.

BBL HEROic primarily targets pigment and vascular concerns such as brown spots and redness. MOXI focuses more on texture, tone and general skin rejuvenation. Some patients may benefit from combining the two.

Glowtox currently offers BBL HEROic and MOXI at our Solana Beach location.

Recovery varies depending on the treatment, settings and individual skin response. Temporary redness, warmth, darkening of pigmentation or sensitivity may occur. Your provider will review expected recovery before treatment.

Current single-treatment pricing generally ranges from $599 to $999 depending on whether you receive BBL HEROic, MOXI or a combination treatment.

PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. A small amount of your own blood is drawn and processed to concentrate the platelet-rich portion, which can then be incorporated into regenerative treatments for the skin or scalp.

PRP may be used as part of a regenerative treatment plan for certain patients experiencing hair thinning. Because hair loss can have many causes, consultation is important before determining whether PRP is appropriate.

Dermapen microneedling is coming soon to Glowtox. It will expand our regenerative skin treatment options for concerns such as texture, fine lines, visible pores and acne scarring.

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin to stimulate its natural repair response. PRP can be incorporated into a personalized treatment plan to provide a regenerative approach using platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood.

Temporary redness, warmth or sensitivity can occur after microneedling. The amount of visible recovery varies by treatment depth and individual skin response.
